How to view notification details

When you click a notification on the Notifications screen, a side panel opens with everything that happened with that message.

Preview

1. Recipient's status, phone number, and name; the date and time it was sent; the channel; and the time until delivery.
2. Shortcuts to the campaign, trigger, ticket, and user in Zendesk.
3. Preview, Timeline, Automations, and Context tabs.
4. Message sent, including the template, language, and value of each variable.

Timeline

1. Each step of the delivery, with the time: sent to the provider (Sent to provider), delivered to the channel (Delivered to channel), and delivered to the recipient (Delivered to recipient).

Automations

1. Automations that ran because of this notification, including the result and time. Click the result to open the record in the Automation Log.

Context

1. Recipient's name, phone number, and channel.
2. See this number's full history shows all notifications sent to this number.
3. Other recent notifications for the same recipient.
