How to track usage and vouchers

In Workspace → Consumption, you can track the messages, API calls, and automations used during the month. Times follow the workspace time zone.

1. Select the month.
2. Click Top-up Voucher to add credits.
3. Current Plan: plan, renewal date, and notifications used and remaining. Click Upgrade plan to change plans.
4. Usage of messages, API calls, and automations, each with the plan limit.
5. Messages, API, and Automations tabs, with usage by channel.

6. Switch the view by month or by day.
7. The chart shows each channel’s usage over time.

8. Campaign Cost Breakdown: usage for each campaign during the month, including voucher, channel, notifications sent, recipients, and notifications consumed.
9. Voucher History: account vouchers, including type, number of notifications, used, remaining, expiration, and status.
