How to manage WhatsApp templates

Under Templates → WhatsApp, you can find the templates available for sending. Only approved templates can be used in broadcasts.

1. Provider: Sunshine. The direct connection to Meta is shown as Off for now.
2. Filter by integration and header type, search by name, and sort the list.
3. Each card shows the status (for example, Approved), the name, the text, and how many broadcasts the template has been used in.
4. Click Edit to edit the template.
5. When you select a card, the preview shows the message, status, category, language, and variables.
6. Click New Template to create a template.
