How to import recipients via CSV

Recipients for a send are imported using a CSV file containing each person's phone number and the template variable values.

1. Upload CSV: uploads the file with the recipients.
2. Download import template: downloads a CSV template with the columns for the selected template.
3. Drag the file to the indicated area or click it to select it.
4. Under Scheduling, choose Send instantly (send now) or Schedule (schedule).

How to fill out the template

1. The template includes a destinatario column and one column for each template variable (for example, body_1). Fill in one row per recipient, with the phone number in international format (for example, 5511999990000), and save it as a CSV.

Confirmation

1. Impulsis confirms the file name and the number of rows.
2. Click Change file to replace the file.

Tip: Always download the template after selecting the template. This ensures that the columns match the variables for that template.
