How to check connections

The Connections tab shows Impulsis integrations. If sends or templates don't work, start here.

1. WhatsApp Business (Meta): direct connection to Meta, coming soon. For now, WhatsApp sends go through Sunshine Conversations.
2. Sunshine Conversations: WhatsApp sending channel. It should appear as API Connected and Webhook Active.
3. Zendesk: reads users and tickets and creates tickets and notes. It should appear as Connected and with Webhooks: active.
4. Email (SendGrid) and SMS (Twilio): channels coming soon.

Important: clicking Disconnect interrupts all sends and automations that depend on that integration.
