How to configure the workspace

The Workspace tab defines settings that apply to the entire account: default language, currency, country, and time zone.

1. Default language: default language for workspace text.
2. Currency: currency in which plans and add-ons are priced. An active subscription continues to be charged in the original currency; the change takes effect starting with the next cycle.
3. Country: company's country.
4. Timezone: time zone used to interpret scheduled messages. A message scheduled for 5 p.m. in São Paulo is sent at 5 p.m. São Paulo time, regardless of the time zone of the person who scheduled it.
5. Click Save changes.
