How to use the Overview dashboard

Overview is the home screen of Impulsis. It summarizes your account's sends and campaigns.

1. Key metrics: Total Sent (messages sent), Open Rate, Active Campaigns, and Tickets Created (tickets created by automations). Each compares the last 30 days with the previous month.
2. Notifications Sent – Last 7 Days: messages sent and opened each day during the last week. Click View results → to see the details.
3. Channel Breakdown: the share of each channel (WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and others) in your sends.
4. Refresh: updates the dashboard data and shows the time of the last update.

5. Recent Shots: recent sends, including the template, campaign, channel, number of recipients, creation date, and status. Click View campaigns → to open the campaign list.
