What is Impulsis Campaigns

Impulsis Campaigns is the WhatsApp notifications and campaigns platform integrated with Zendesk. With it, you can send bulk messages using approved templates, schedule sends, track the delivery of each message, and automate ticket creation and merging.

What you can do

• Create campaigns with a period, assigned agents, and multiple sends
• Import recipients via CSV and send immediately or schedule sends
• Create and edit WhatsApp templates with headers, variables, and buttons
• Track the delivery status, responses, and failures of each notification
• Automatically create tickets in Zendesk from sends
• Integrate external systems through the API and webhooks
• Track the consumption of messages, automations, and API calls

How to navigate

1. Side menu: groups the areas into Main (Overview, Campaigns, Notifications, Scheduled), Templates (WhatsApp; Email and SMS coming soon), Automation (Auto-Tickets, Actions, Automation Log), Workspace (API, Consumption), and Help (Docs, Feedback).
2. Top bar: refresh data, updates center (bell), settings (gear), and your profile.
3. Bottom navigation bar: floating shortcuts to all areas. It can be disabled in Settings → Appearance.
